Oak Cheese Harp
The wood is 9 inches long and 5 and 5/8 inches wide and approximately 3/4 of an inch thick.
Disassemble by removing screw in handle flipping handle down to release tension then slide arm out releasing the wire. Clean the wire by washing. Clean wood just like wood cutting boards wash/wipe clean and dry immediately. When needed oil with food grade mineral oil, wax with food safe wax if desired.
