Very attractive piece of Sweet Gum with great color. Hand crafted into a cheese harp using stainless steel cutting wire, solid metal arm, hard plastic handle, rubber non-slip and non-marking feet, and food safe finish.
Sweet Gum Cheese Harp
The thickness of wood is approximately 3/4 of an inch length 8 and 3/4 of an inch and width 6 inches.
Disassemble by removing screw in handle and flipping handle down to release tension and remove arm and wire. Clean by removing and washing wire. The wood is cleaned the same as a wood cutting board wash/wipe dry immediately use butcher block oil, food grade mineral, and wax if desired as needed.
